For a back-to-back win, INNHS’ Math wizards championed the 2011 Regional Statistics Quiz held at the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas at San Fernando City, La Union last October 25.
Quizzers from the Special Science Class which include Rowena Mhay Moneda, Emmy Rose Carpio and Mariein Campañano, together with their coaches Mrs. Victorina Basilisa Mandac and Mrs. Neva Manding, prevailed in both the provincial and regional levels.
Although the team had a rough start during the first two rounds of the test, they managed to secure their crown from the contestants of the different schools from other provinces of Region I, hence garnering the championship trophy and the cash prize.
