Requirements for first time enrollees (To be shown or photocopied copy only for the tests, if any; submitted on enrolment:
- Birth Certificate (Photocopy but original shown - preferably on NSO security paper)
- Student Report Card (Form 138)
- Certificate of Good Moral/Honoable Dismissal
Note: Special Programs (SSC, SPA, SPS) prescribe certain minimum subject/average grades.
Special Science Program (Science Dept., In-charge)
- April 12, 2013 (8:00 AM, INNHS Science Compound) - Second or Qualifying Examination for Incoming First Year

(Arts) Talent Search, and (Sports) Skills Appraisal
- April 22 to May 17 Enrolment for all programs, all year levels
(Counselors and teachers in tandem man enrolment process)
