SCHEDULE OF ENROLMENT FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2014-2015

Requirements for first time enrollees (To be shown or photocopied copy only for the tests, if any; submitted on enrolment:

Birth Certificate (Photocopy but original shown - preferably on NSO security paper)
Student Report Card (Form 138)
Certificate of Good Moral/Honoable Dismissal

Note: Special Programs (SSC, SPA, SPS) prescribe certain minimum final and average grades.
