Procedure for Filing of Complaints

Write to the Principal a formal and duly signed letter of complaint citing the person or department office complained about and the specific grievance or grievances on the subject. Receives and studies the grievance complaint; consults the person or department office concerned, and issues an invitation to the aggrieved for a meeting with the grievance committee. 2 minutes The School Principal
Prepare any valid proofs and supporting documents and attend  a scheduled hearing. Constitutes and convene a proper grievance committee to meet with the aggrieved. 1 hour The School Principal
Return for possible follow up hearing and additional witnesses as may be necessary. Schedules follow up meetings and render vital investigations as may be necessary. 1 hour The Grievance Committee
